基于MC9S08AW32芯片的開關(guān)柜智能測控裝置設(shè)計及應(yīng)用

摘要:電力系統(tǒng)中高壓開關(guān)柜的一次開關(guān)設(shè)備工作狀態(tài)、溫濕度控制、高壓帶電指示等功能一般是由信號燈和獨立的電氣元件實現(xiàn)的,這勢必會帶來集成度低、配線復(fù)雜、可靠性差的缺點。本文介紹了一種開關(guān)柜智能測控裝置,適用于3~35kV戶內(nèi)高壓開關(guān)柜,用于一次開關(guān)設(shè)備狀態(tài)模擬顯示、高壓帶電指示、防凝露溫濕度控制、電參數(shù)測量等,大大提高了開關(guān)柜操控和測顯的集成度和智能化程度。

Design and application of the Intelligent Monitoring and Control Device for Switchboard Based on the Chip of MC9S08AW32

Abstract: According to the survey, working state of the switching device, control of temperature and humidity and high-voltage live instruction are usually achieved by some signal lamps and several independent electronic devices in a high-voltage switchboard of power system, which will inevitably bring about the shortcomings of low integration, complex wiring, and lower reliability. An intelligent monitoring and control device for switchboard named ASD is introduced in this paper, which is used in 3 ~ 35kV indoor high voltage switchboard. The device is used for the indicate of switching device status, high-voltage live instructions, anti-condensing temperature and humidity control, electrical parameter measurement and so on, which is highly increased the integration and inligence of manipulation and measurement of the switchboard.

0 引言
開關(guān)柜一般有斷路器(負荷開關(guān))、隔離刀閘、接地刀閘等一次開關(guān)設(shè)備。在運行或調(diào)試中,監(jiān)測這些一次開關(guān)設(shè)備狀態(tài)是至關(guān)重要的。在傳統(tǒng)的開關(guān)柜上,一般使用信號燈來指示這些狀態(tài)的,這樣做顯示不直觀,且接線不方便。開關(guān)柜智能測控裝置將一次設(shè)備狀態(tài)顯示與開關(guān)柜的一次方案圖相結(jié)合,LED顯示器件置于一次方案圖中設(shè)備符號所處位置,電路狀態(tài)一目了然,生動直觀
